At Rapa Silks, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Every saree is packed with love and attention to preserve its elegance and quality during transit.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment verification.

  • Handwoven and made-to-order sarees may take additional time, depending on availability and craftsmanship.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted courier partners.

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    Delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • International Shipping:
    Delivery within 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance and destination country policies.

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
    For orders below ₹2,000, a nominal shipping charge may apply.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs vary by destination and weight; the final charge will be shown at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link to monitor delivery progress.

  • Email/SMS updates from our logistics partner.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Festive or holiday seasons

In such cases, we will keep you informed and assist you in tracking your order until delivery.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.


7. International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
